Hello,

I've never been able to find any reasonable opt-in lists to promote my websites. 10-15 cents/email seems fairly high to me.

Has anyone found any decent fully opt-in lists that provide a decent ROI?

I know what you mean. I am having the same problem trying to find optin lists to promote my dating site and true ghost stories site.

And if you even so much as mention your url on a message board, you get accused of spamming.

You can't win.
