If you click 1-2 times a day, that will be fine
They will not count in your adsense

Do not click on your own ads.I don't think there's a way of blocking your own IP.Or maybe there is,just that i don't know about it.

Maybe you should block your office comp from accessing your site? Okay that sounds ridiculous.

To be honest i think you are worrying about nothing.
You are basing this on someone accidently opening your website on your computer then inadvertantly clicking your adverts over and over again.
Seriously, what is the chances of that happening?

I belive this is not true. If they found you click 1 ad a day or even 1 ad a week you are banned.
