Not sure if this question is plain stupid sounding or quite possible but here goes

Basically i have a website, i own the domain for it, its an affiliate opportunity, and i promote it how ever possible, its automatically updated and everything by the company who are behind it, i want to create links pages for it but this is where i have the problem as the site is on thier own servers i dont have it on my own hosting package, is there any way at all that i could create links pages for this site?, taking into account that i dont have exact access to it, i realise it may sound like a daft question but it wouldnt be the first time that ive found out that something i thought impossible is actually possible.

If I understand you correctly, you do not have any access to the site yourself, as with a control panel? If no access, then you would have to create other domains or sub domains on another host, create some feeder pages promoting your affiliate products and provide links to your main income site.

If you do have access via a control panel, sometimes the host will allow subdomains. In this case, you can register the subdomain names and add them to the primary domain. Then add links to the primary domain.

Hope all that makes some sense.

Hello wfpeyton,

thanks for replying, your correct, i do not have any access to the site myself, no control panel, im pleased to find out that there is a possible solution to my problem, i did feel slightly awkward asking about this as i felt that it sounded silly but then thought its worth asking just incase, should i contact the company about this first, regarding creating other domains or subdomains, or would it be quite a straight forward type of thing requiring no permission from the company hosting thier site, any advice on this would be very appreciated, ive not tackled this before and will be glad of further advice and details on this, i have 2 other sites but i have them hosted on my own accounts and have full access to them fortunately, its just this one that i would like to do this with, i will be happy if i can achieve this.

I know what you mean. I hate not having full control over my domains. But some affiliate opportunities is worth it.
