A good way to promote (IMO) is by traffic exchanges. You surf other peoples websites, and get credits for doing that; and with those credits you get yourself some views to your website! There are a variety of them out there, and many great ones to choose from. Different exchanges offer different options. For example, you may find one traffic exchange that has a 5:1 surfing ratio, but 25 credits upon joining. If you want quick users to your site, and dont really feel like surfing, you can do that. Others offer 1:1 or 2:1 surfing ratio, but no bonus credits upon joining. These would be good for users who want constant traffic to their website.
