CPM Popups and banner ad companies

Hello,
I'm new here, and I'm hoping someone can help give me some advice on good advertising programs. I run a free webhosting and I have been using a company called Paypopup on it, and the ads are full of nothing but viruses and after getting multiple reports about it since putting the ads up I investigated, and there are many viruses in the ads.
They messed up someones computer who I know who was on my webhosting (placed a trojan downloader which filled the computer with porn links) and that's just bad. I know that it is 100% the ads, I tested myself. Fortuneatly I gave the person links to spyware tools and now it's all gone, but I dont want this to happen again.
I need a good ad company, that will not have viruses or at least the risk of a virus will be very low, but I dont know who to signup with. I would like to do in particular some kind of CPM popups like that company has. Also CPM banner ads are an option, those are something I really want.
I tried to apply for Fastclick.net because I heard good things about it, and I got rejected. I've been to so many ad company review sites and they all say the same thing, and who knows if they're lying just to get me to click on their referal link, which is why I'm posting here.
What ad company do you use that's not google adsense (or too much like it) or popop/popunder, CPM banner ad companies like paypopup that're good? I just need some suggestions, because right now I'm stuck with no advertising, as I pulled the ads off my host.
thanks for your time,
jcink
PS. I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, I wasn't sure where to post this.

Hi, thanks for posting those. Of the ones you listed:
popuptraffic,
I've seen popuptraffic it looked ok especially the payout is good $4 CPM but I was heistant to signup at that one because the payout is high and the site looked a little strange, but now I might.
casale media,
Not enough page impressions to join here yet.
realtech,
Haven't heard of this, rydium or claxon media.
On all of those sites have you ever gotten a virus/virus complaint from a user.. ?

nope.
i havent got any virus or any complaints.
popup traffic is run by Standard Internet - one of the most reliable companies and one of the best ones.
they recently acquired claxon media as well.
if u want any info abt standard internet, head over to geek village forums - one of the top notch places for affiliates and merchants..
Rydium is also very good.. i have spoken to their ppl over the phone and one of the good networks out there.

Ok thanks for your replies. I've gone to all of those sites now
popuptraffic,
I signed up, activated right away. I was going to start displaying ads but I did not put my SSN down on the signup. I always dont do that, I just wait until I reach close to minimum payout then add it like I did on google and paypopup. Theres no place for me to edit my account details either :s Not sure wether to just start displaying or even where to go to fix up my info.
casale media,
realtech,
Realtech needs like 500,000 visits per month, I dont have it yet.
rydium,
Maybe one day. I need a million hits to join Rydium.
Claxon media,
Didnt signup because it seemed like it was the same as Popuptraffic.com
I also signed up at compactbanner.com, I found that site myself. But it's been two days and I'm still "site waiting for approval..."
So basically I have Claxon media, and Popuptraffic.
What is the main difference between the two, if any?
Thanks for your time and help again,
jcink
PS. Does anyone know any good banner ad CPM sites?

you have to send them an email to modify your details with popuptraffic + claxon.
the diff bet them is with popup traffic : only popups.
claxon : offers popups, banner ads - 728*90, 468*60, skyscrapers..
and the diff is the payout as well differs..
both are owned by Standard Internet.
i wouldnt advise compact banner.. they have a bad rep of not paying, going offline for some days..
have u tried bidclix? - i tried them.. but since our ad and target audience didnt match i stopped.
realcastmedia? paypopup? mammamedia?
some more names to look at..

Ok... thanks for the info about compactbanner. They still havent even approved me, so if takes them that long to just look at my site I suppose they're even worse in payment etc.
RealCastMedia:
I can try to apply, but my site isnt exactly what i think they're looking for. They say they're for smaller sites and they dont say anything on there about free webhosting or internet resources in the sites they're looking for list. That would work on another small website I own, though.
BidClix: I haven't tried them, but I see some people say they like them. That's a CPC thing though right?
Mammamedia - looking into it.... it looks good to me. do you have an ad code for mamma media I can add to a test page to see the ads?
Paypopup: Tried, its in my first post. Full of viruses.
I might apply for Claxon this time with my SSN, or go back to PopupTraffic.com and email them, asking them to change my SSN.
Edit: have you ever heard of AdJungle? how is that?

i havent heard of Adjungle but by what i came across they seem to be a reliable company.
also, did u contact paypopup abt the virus?? if u contact them and let them abt it, they might kill the ad or take it down..
bidclix is cpc..
i dont use mamma but they are also a good one.
also some more worthy of mention
Adroar : pay arnd $2 cpm.
here is a small list which i copied from other place.
the NET numbers represent the number of days following the conclusion of a given period that the network requires in order to dispatch payments
NET30
Fastclick
Valueclick
Casale Media
Tribal Fusion
Hurricane Media
Buds
NET40
Focusin
NET60
MaxOnline
RealTechNetwork
24/7 Real Media (sometimes NET90)
RealCastMedia
RightMedia
NET90
GorillaNation
Burst Media
beyond this, i dont remember anyother comp..
the only others which comes to my mind are
clicksor - part of paypopup i think
and Context Click - part of Rydium.
i use context click and its good.
keep me posted on which one u r gonna go for

No, I haven't told Paypopup about the viruses. It seems like a general thing that they have viruses, after reading other webhost forums that use Paypopup ads. Even right now, I put their ad code on a test page and one of their ads froze internet explorer I have no idea what could have been in it.....
I can understand that no ad network that does popups can promise me 100% virus free, but there are A LOT of viruses on paypopup, they just never seem to be on top of it by themselves - and it is their network. I've tried again and again to use them in my site but there are always viruses. I mean, to me that's bad, the second I stick the ad code into my page I find viruses. That hasnt happened with my Popuptraffic code that I have up in a small area of my site right now.
I could report yes, but I dont want to have to constantly send them reports, and plus I'll lose business if someone on my hosting keeps getting viruses from one of those.
If this was only a one time thing, or didnt happen so often I'd go report, but it just keeps happening.
Heck, a search for Paypopup on google yeilds tons of ads on the left side bar "Remove Paypopup Spyware" - while I only get one ad for say, popuptraffic.com
Paypopup - GREAT ad system/control panel, on time payments, and also has a good CPM banner ad system (but they kicked me and my friend for not having enough click throughs), only thing bothering me is the viruses, else I would stick with them.
thanks for more even advertisers and help on all of this, it's much appreciated, I'll let you know who I decide to display ads with.
