I've just tryed E-zine advertising at an e-zine coop site paid $50 and got next to no traffic. I had to sign up to all the e-zines and now I get a inbox full of adverts from e-zines which I don't read. To be fair there were one or two OK e-zines with not bad articles but most of them were pants.
So can anyone recommend a good way to advertise my site, maybe one that you've tryed. I'm looking for something specific I can try.
Things I'm doing or have tryed before: - Writing articles -Long term plan
- pay per click - found this to be very expensive
- Link building - Not very productive I'd rather be writing an article
- Directories - Submitted to a few then got bored
I would maybe try e-zines again but not through a coop and only if someone recommended a good one.
