I am looking to log site stats for a site on a dedicated box running windows server 2003. I was wondering if anyone had any good reccomendations.

You should visit http://awstats.sourceforge.net/ for stats software on Windows servers. You have to install active perl to use Awstats software. You can download active perl at http://www.activestate.com/Products/ActivePerl/ Both are free software.
