I would like to know is there a website or software i can use to check how well i have optimized my website for the search engines as i have done so far

keywords
title
alt tags
title tags
image tags
anchor tags
headline tags

Each including my keywords but i am not yet gaining much in search engines

I have also submitted my site here there and everywere articles rss blogs forums and more

what tips do you have for me thankyou.

They have free programs that will tell you your PR, who links to you, your keywords, etc.
