Does any one now of any cpm programs that aren't too picky when it comes to who can join? Especially since I just got a domain name.

most of the reputed programs do insist on a reasonable amount of traffic.
as long as you have a good number (regular normal traffic and not thru those traffic generating programs), you can apply to them.

the one which comes to my mind at this time is claxon media.

they are a reputed company and has been acquired by SI recently.
try them and see.

i see the claxon ad on the page.

its a 46860 right??

sometimes it takes time if u signed up recently or if they dont have any inventory to match ur site then they will not show anything.

There are a few services out there that offer good CPM programs. Some of them will even accept you sight-unseen.

Try Paypopup (a service we're absolutely obsessed with over the TGTE, because they pay for raw impressions and they actually pay on time

) We've got a review of them here.

Also, if your site expands and you can get thousands of visits, try one of the big website monetization companies, like Revenue.net. If your site is still small, they probably aren't worth it, but as your grow you may find that sites like them can offer you the best services.
