I own a free webhost, and a large number of our clients are from all sorts of languages and cultures from around the world.

This is great - until it lowers the performance of our ads. If I have an English Google Adsense account, will it become Japanese if put on a Japanese website and viewed by somebody in Japan?

Is there a CPC network that does?
