Looking for any and all info on e-mail marketing, including relibale companies to use. For those who have done it some expected results would be appreciated.

I think you are best off instead of going with a company working with individual publishers who have lists. I am highly suspicious of most other lists.

Publishers who regularly maintain their lists have a good feel for the audience (so you can target correctly) and their readers are usually pretty responsive.

I prefer to build my own lists for email marketing and then I don't worry about it!

I tried using one of the safelist products but did not realize that you need a email address that can either handle a large volume or an email cleaner that only allows so many emails to be in your box at one time without bouncing them -- Lost my email address! So I decided to stick to forums, since they work really well.

Working with a health products distribution company (juicers etc) - any suggestions as to which forums would be the best to pursue to market this. And also set up affiliate arrangement. Ideas welcome
