I don't know where else to post this question, so if you have suggestions, they'd be most welcomed!
Our real estate portal is avg:

monthvisitslistingsreferalspageviewsjune 0430,000400468367,000august 0432,000700550407,000oct 0443,000800718568,000december 0452,000800680632,000may 0549,00015001181978,000august 0550,000200013081,800,000november 0551,500280012973,200,000january 0668,700340018704,478,000march 0683,000380016706,350,000

The key here is referals - there is some relation between the quantity of listings, the visits and the pageviews that total the amount of referals that month. Does anyone know of any statistical calculation to make sense of this data?

Thanks...

With all due respect if it was spaced out and I could read it yes, I can make sense of it.

CPA= Cost per Action, you've got to figure out what your best case CPA is. How much does it cost you, to have someone come to your site and purchase what your selling.

Next, CPM, or Cost Per Thousand Impressions.

CTR, Click Through Rate, what % of people actually clicked on your ad placement. If you've got any other questions please feel free to email me or pm me
