I own realestateagencies.net, it was launched in 2000. it has a PR5, many inbound links. All I push is Adsense, optional pay for submission, and 1 affiliate program with the backout traffic. The site currently gets around 1200 uniques a day. It ranks in the top 20 for keywords real estate agent, real estate agency, real estate agencies, real estate broker. I know this site can do a lot more, but I could use some help. I would even consider a partnership with someone who can take this to the top ethically.
