Over at the Great Traffic Experiment, we just finished reviewing the E-Bannerx banner exchange. If you're in the market for a banner exchange, they look like an excellent option.
Although their exchange ratio is 2:3 (some services offer 1:1 nowadays), the service gives you an incredible level of detail, and they overcount impressions--we got 22% more credits than our independent tracker shows we should have earned!
