Have you tried getting them drunk. I have not done this yet, but on occasion I go to a local bar for lunch. There are a bunch of people there, lot of them regulars. They also have wireless access. I have been contemplating bringing my laptop there, and saying to the first person next to me join my site, and then work my way down the bar. The owner knows me so I don't think it would be a big problem. I could even offer to buy a beer to whoever runs out while filling out the forms. If it's going well I could get a small stir, and maybe other people would ask what I am doing, and try to get in on it. Make it like a announcing my site party. Might get 50 members that day? Worth it? Could be fun.

Advertise, hold contests, start threads that are going to bring attention to your forum. Politics or religion always work great. Last but definatley not least. SEO!! Also backlinks work wonders too.

Thats really a nice forum.. however, would like to make a suggestion. You might want to add more forums that are related to affiliate.. like a forum dedicated to different affiliate programs (may be a seperate category for each kind of affiliate program)..

Another thing you can do use your forum signature at different places to advertize.. At some forums like DP people sell their signature.. so you can buy that as well.
