I own the website www.buyitquality.com and I am going to start renting out pages for it, I am offering free email addresses to the first 100 people to sign up. The whole thing is free. How should I go about marketing this?

actually i am going to clear all of that off of my website because it didn't do what i expected it too so where should i market my web hosting?
