Hi all,

this is my first post. hopefully, i get some useful inputs as i saw from other posts.

i am a webmaster for an oversea business website. we are selling gemstone jewelry. I have read the articles/tips regarding to getting visitors by SEO, PPC, Affilates and others. Most of them are referring to US-Based business successes and/or US-Based theory.

I am wondering by applying the same tips/techniquies would help an international based biz as well.

some says yes...of course, that's the beauty of business. some says NO NO, no matter how hard you try ,you won't get a great success since the nature of oversea business can't gain trust from customers as far as services/warrant concern.

Can i get some inputs ? may someone post a succesful story for an international merchant ?

of course people are going to think of things but they should have no problem ordering from you. You just have to convince them a little more than a normal site would.
