Let's say you own a forum with about 20 members, and only about 2-3 are active, and you currently have a total of 150 posts. Would it be worth it getting about 5 paid posters, to post about 30-50 posts each? And at what rate per post would be advisable for decent posts, I'm not looking for extraordinary content?

No.

All you've done is bought yourself 30-50 temporary posts per pop. If your forum's that good, it should eventually attract natural traffic.

We've tried using paid posters, but they're just a temporary boost to the forum. There is no substitute for real people.
