I voted for "Other", and I'll explain why.

When I search for "web design" I am affronted by dozens of
natural results and sponsored results with no way of picking
or comparing between the two.

What I would rather have is a recommendation from a friend.

Most successful web design agencies (that I've read interviews
with in webby mags anyway) grew through word-of-mouth
and referrals.

This way people know that you're great (or not), and they know
that the massive price you charge is justified. It's also a heck
of a lot easier to take a friend's experienced word, instead of
trawling through the 864 million search results...
