Hi,
I am building social networking for specific niche and I am wondering how can be expected to get for advertising once I have 5000 registered users and once I have 50.000 registered users.

Any idea? I would like to get just about info because I have no idea.

If you want me to say $234,456,236.67 to make you feel better, I will, But it will a complete fabrication based on nothing.

Nobody is going to know;
1) how long it will take to get 50,000 members
2) How many of those 50,000 members will pay for membership
3) how much you will make from adverts if you get 50,000 members.

Nobody is going to know how any aspect of your site will perform untill you do it.
It's like getting iron ore out of the ground and saying "if i build a car out of that metal how fast will it go, How much petrol will it take and what colour will it be?"
It's simply impossible to give any kind of meaningful accurate answer to any of these questions until you do it.

I have to agree with stOx. It also depends on your niche. If your niche is visited by too many tech-savvy users, you might hardly get clicks from them. But if its from a general online community, then chances of clicks are more. In saying the above, i am assuming you're using adsense.

It also depends on onpage factors like ad positioning, content keyword richness etc.

Yeah, there are far too many variables for a realistic estimate to be made.
