I bought DJK, back then when the hype was fever pitch. But, to be honest, I'm disappointed. DayJobKiller is mainly alot of unpractical stuff that is not suitable for the newbies. How do I return the book and get a refund? Email support is next to nil.

Its alright for the experts, but it aint for me, I realize that.... Has any one of you bought the book and then returned it? How did it go? Any tips on how to return it for a refund? Bought it with Paypal.

Thanks

You've been had by one of the oldest scams on the net....eBooks. Don't expect a refund and chalk this one up to experience. Anyone who promises to teach you how to become a millionaire with no hard work/only 39.99 to start/internet secrets only the big guys know (who are they anyways?) is setting you up for failure.

LOL, yeah I know...but he did say anyone could get a refund within 56 days. I've only read half of the book, and fell asleep...those methods only work for people willing to burn a bit of money on Adwords. Actually, sometimes its alot of money...

Furthermore, thousands of people are doing the exact things there, so the pie definitely got alot smaller by now...while he (Chris) definitely got some moolah for selling the spades, I assume

Whatever the cost of the eBook, consider it tuition for a lesson learned. Republikin is right, although people have been doing this particular scam long before there were eBooks. My little brother bought some magazine subscription ( close to $100 ) that was going to tell him how to get rich stuffing envelopes or some such rubbish.

If you really want to get rich quick, you're probably better off selling eBooks on the subject. Just repeat the text "Go sell this book to a thousand other people" for 200 pages and you're golden.

Or play lotto. Rob a bank.

I'm guessing under that refund within 56 days, there's some disqualifying small print?

I feel I have to defend eBooks in general here. Selling books in
digital formats is not a scam, by nature, definition or anything
else.

Some people run scams, and sometimes they offer eBooks to
dupe people into the scam, but that doesn't mean that all eBooks
are scams!

Chris is well known and well respected by a lot of people online,
and I'm sure he will honour any refund requests.

I agree all Ebooks are not scams. I have had some very good ebooks in the past. Although i find it hard to sit at a computer and read.

You guys are correct and I was not very tactful with my response. What I really meant was that genre of eBooks, the affiliate marketing or how to make money on the internet type of eBooks.

Just when I released my own personal ebook on affiliate marketing!

It sounds like you have had a few bad experiences. A lot of people have.

Some are good and some are bad even when it comes to "make money" type books. If you purchased through ClickBank, you should be personally protected by their standard 8 week money back guarantee.

Using the techniques, tips and resources offered in my Affiliate Outline ebook, you REALLY can make a lot of money. Affiliate Marketing is not a get rich over night type thing and it does take hard work and practice.

Thanks Tim, that's helpful. I know there are some good books on IM and many low quality ones also. DJK was just too "high level" I guess, for myself, but it should be good for those who know exactly what and how to do it

By the way, just a tiny, pesky question...[hope it isnt irrelevant],does Clickbank remember that you are someone who returns ebooks and file you away as "high risk?" Would it jepeordize your affiliate account with them?

I have bought ebooks with Clickbank several times and will always will do so...but just wonder if being someone who returns books gets a negative tag. I also happen to be an affiliate...heck

I don't CB would tag people as high returners. What would be the
point? Are they going to ban you from buying?

If you weren't an affiliate, there would be nothing they could do
about it, so I highly doubt there'll be a system like that in place.
