Let me put it to you this way: if you want a solution that involves an eBook or a crappy offer, it's totally dead.
If, however, you're looking to build a unique, quality site around your visitors, that's still very much alive and kicking.
As far as training products go, there really aren't any as such specifically for the Internet because there are so many similarities between Internet marketing and offline marketing that there is almost no point in preparing dedicated materials for the former.
