i am about to sign up to CPX interactive.
Please advise me

What are there Average CPM Rates ?
How CPC ?

It works out to about $0.08-0.11 eCPM.
I suggest you place them as a default after CasaleMedia or ValueClick

Ok. now i am running cpx. 4000 Impressions counted. first the ecpm was about 0.50 $ then 0.45 and then again 0.40 and now i see 0.35$ . Why this rate goes down when the impressions count increses?

Well, it's effective CPM - basically, CPX would first serve its most highly paying campaings - after those are exhausted (for your site), it will serve less lucrative campaigns and so on. So - the more traffic you provide, the less your CPM will be - however, it seems to hit a bottom at aroung $0.07 CPM for me - and I provide more than a million impressions a month.

Lately, there's appeared so many new ad networks, it's hard to keep track.
