Nothing. PR6 is pretty common.

I'd pay for a PR7/8 though

I intend designing and promoting turnkey sites.
The cost of the site will depend upon it PR value and the number of unique visitors it gets.
But I have no idea how much such kind of a website will fetch me.

How much would you pay for a Text Ads with a PR or X and X uninque vistors a month..
Buying PR links is frowned upon by google. But if you are selling Ad space little more Acceptible.

What kind of turnkey sites? Determining a price IMO has several factors
1)domain name
2)PR
3)Traffic
4)Product or Service
5)Current SER in certain keywords.

I'm just trying to qualify what you are asking....

OK.
heres an example
domain name: www.indiatourist.com
PR: 7-8
Traffic: 1,000 uniques per day or maybe more
Product: Travel & Tourism
SER: for keywords like india tours, india accomodation, hotels in india

I think you have the idea now

If you have any idea of what can sell the best, please guide me

a 7 or 8 with a 1,000 uniques a day will cost over $100, maybe around $150 I was selling a PR6 with 600,000/month uniques for $200/month or $1200 for a year.

Might not be a bad idea to try and sell a site like that to a travel agent that deals in trips to foreign countries. They may look at something like that as a way to build leads.

If nothing else the person that buys the site from you can try and sell ad space on thei sight to those travel agents. travle can be a high margin industry, and it's real competitive. People in thos einductries are always looking for an edge.

PR is great, but if you are selling "turnkey" sites to someone, wouldn't traffic be the only thing they would be concerned with? I would if I were them.

Turnkey as the name suggests.
Means it is a readymade site you just have to turn the key to start off with it.

It would all depend on the relavance to the site I am linking, the traffic that the PR6 page is getting, how many links will be allowed on the page, and the kind of text link I can put on the page. Just linking to a PR6 page doesn't necessarily do the job.

the problem with selling links on high PR sites is, that if you sell more and more links, the links arent' worth much anymore, cause there are so many links on 1 page.

So a page with PR 6 where you can buy the only link on, and it's content is related to your site, then its worth a lot.
But in general.. nah..PR6 isn't worth a lot.

but that's when looking only to PR. Traffic is a great influence on the price to in my opinion
