Hi,

Is there any good CPM based banner ad company with low minimum payout? I'm trying to find a CPM banner ad company that pays decent for someone I know. Payout by paypal would be excellent.

It lists and reviews a good few CPM ad networks and also mentions how much they pay, when they pay, what their min payout amount is, etc right next to each listing.
