You should visit www.theadminzone.com It's a place where community owners can get alot of information about running an online community. They've just recently started a "launch team" where members go out to other members sites in an attempt to kick start their forums.

i registered at this site etc and i can't find this feature anywhere?

You'll need to go into your control panel on the site and join the launch team group. You'll then have access to forums for the launch team. If you poke around there is some information regarding this is the forums.
