I need some tip on how to earn more traffics to my site, and as well I need some advice on how to get more members to join a forums site?
And as well I need some tips on how to get compete ranking at least show up, because right now compete is unknown. If you don't know what compete go to here.
Thanks in advanced.

I suggest you find some websites that have a great relevance to your site.

I suggest you to submit to all major search engines, link directories, do some link exchanges with other relevant websites or even go for a PPC campaign.

Ahhh...good old link exchange advice. The Great White Hope for all SEO wannabes. It doesn't matter that it never works and hasn't for years...keep doing it!
Joshie: seriously, dude, you need to stop worrying about external "metrics" (God, I hate that word!) such as Compete and Alexa as means of tracking your site success. Your host will have site statistics that you can draw from, in most cases. Use those (and if your host doesn't supply them, Google Analytics will for free).
Don't worry about what Compete or Alexa or Netcraft or XXX site says...worry about your stats. They're the only accurate measure you have.
Having said all of that, your biggest problem is that you won't get top freelancers to participate on your site right now, even if they visited. Most of the forums are empty and you have silly unrelated links on the bottom of the home page. That turned me off right away, although I'm not really a top freelancer.
It's a bit of a catch-22...people won't participate unless other people participate, and other people won't participate unless people participate. But it's the big problem with forums, and you'll have to solve it first. You won't find that answer on any board, either...it's just trial and error.

Try to tap the social networking website.Talk with a few online friends you have and make a group or a community in Myspace/tagged/tagworld/ Zorpia/Friendster and talk about your website , promote it first within your own close friends circle and then use your existing friends to draw in their own circle of friends and then try to make this circle bigger.Look out for a few people who would love to join your forum as a moderator. Try to use their influence to befriend others and draw in a larger crowd. This will take time and effort but if you have a great website .. word of mouth promotion in online Social networks is the best way to promote your site

I know I have silly unralated links at the bottom, reason: My sites, sponsored link (money never will deny ).
But, thanks for that advice. Even though a keyword "A free community for webmasters, and freelancers" is number one on google.

How many Google referrals does that phrase bring you? I would bet you're the only one who's ever searched for that. I just tried it, and found six results. The reason you want to score well in the search engines is to brnig you traffic, not just to score well in the search engines.
You and Adam are both right. You have the right to put whatever "sponsored" links on your sites you'd like ... but Adam has every right to find it distasteful and not join and post on your forum. I don't like the links either; it cheapens what you're trying to do, and makes me doubt the quality of the information I can find ... will you censor posts that mention anything negative about one of your sponsors, even if it's true? Without knowing you or your site, I have no idea what the answer is ... but people are cynical these days.
Ultimately, the "sponsored links" will bring you a few dollars, but work against your long-term goal. Either that, or you have a bad focus group. But if you've ever picked up a copy of Consumer Reports, this is the exact reason they don't carry ads ... given what they do, they need credibility more than they need a conflict of interest.
To attract freelance developers, you'll probably have to seed your forum with a lot of good information about specific development tips and gotchas. Make it a valuable resource to attract your target audience.
