Don't use them. I use to run one when they were popular. Worked great for me, and maybe the leading other members who didn't cheat and had a lot of traffic. Is it worth showing ads on your site a thousand times to get maybe 1 or two good visitors? No. You are better off buying traffic from Google, and instead of show banners from a banner exchange show google ads for cash.
