I have 4 years of Latin, so I was able to understand some of the words, it looks pretty harmless..like a news-pumped up ad type site showcassing Internet videos, talks about BMW cars and sales videos on the Internet...for example. Some is actually in english too.
Looks harmless. I a not totally convinced it is Samoan though, still looks like some regional German to me.
