I have a larger imagine of my avatar, wanted to make the same size as the avatar only in a neon glow, apparently I am stuck on neon glows for now. The larger image looks nice in a neon glow but smaller image no, 80 x 80 pixels.Tried using masks, any other ideas or suggestions?
