Could u guys please tell me where can I find tutorial for a novice.

I would like to learn SPEP by STEP

PSP 8 seems really hard and complex but I'm willing to do my best to learn as much as I can.

Go to google.com and type in Paint Shop Pro 8 tutorial. You'll find all kinds of tutorials. And you can use a lot of the version 7 tutorials as well. But here are a few of my favorites:
