I have this AJAX contact form which I download from a forum for free.
Unfortunately, the email send using the form did not arrived in my inbox but instead it routed somewhere else in my server's mail. I installed the form on my site www.proxywhereabouts.com/contact_us.php

Is there someone who can take a look on this?
