I'm coming to the end of a site for a client. The home page has an intro movie which goes over everything.
I want to use a javascript to set the intro div to style.display = "none" if flash player is lower than 7. Does anyone know how I can do this.

I found this on Javascript Flash player detection, which looks like what you want.

I already use SWFObject for my flash intro. That link doesn't show a way to activate a javascript function depending the flash player version but it does show a way to add a URL redirect. I'll use that method. That'll work seeing I've already doubled up the home page for people that go back to the home page and don't want to keep seeing the intro.
