Hi,

As the title describes, I'd like to make the content in a table cell move up and down in the column as the user scrolls (as if it were formatted to position:fixed; ), yet not leave the boundaries of the table (more or less, it has to stop moving when it reaches the top/bottom of the table). Let me know if I need to describe it differently.
