Well, about three or four months ago, I started my own website for codes and tutorials and other things for a program called IMVU. Currently, I'm trying to get it back up and running, but before, it was a pretty simple website. My question is, what program would I use, or what coding would I have to learn to do something like this:

Judging from the comment that chrishirst left about your removed link... I would say flash. What exactly are you looking to do?

Are you looking for recommendations of a HTML editor ?
