 Seriously though, it's a bit difficult to come up with a real answer to such a vague, wide ranging question.
I've never used any of these "toolkits", simply because my own code will be much less likely to be attacked. Obviously the client side code can be examined, but it gives no clue to what I do server side to "sanitise" and verify the transmitted data, whereas a toolkit solution of both client and server code is public knowledge and is going to get the attention of hackers and crackers looking for a footprint, and footprint detection is pretty trivial stuff.
When all is said and done, writing "thin client" web apps isn't actually rocket science once you get past the browser bugs and shortcomings.
