Not sure if I am asking in the right area, so excuse me if I am not.
I am looking for a way to place a sound byte on my website that will only play after setting a time delay on it. e.g. After being on a page and you are there, for at least 30 seconds, a very short sound will play.
This is an idea for a Halloween site to try and add a scary element to it. It will be a very short sound of a child laughing or something.
Any ideas?
