Is it possible to create a script in any language that can copy content from another site and place it into your site? the script should look for 10 letters after the word time and copy it to my site?

Yes a content scraper/stealer can be built but not in javascript.

C, C++, java, python, ruby, anything that runs on the .NET clr, pascal, basic...
Heck, you could even do this in assembler.

You just need to be able to do a network request, and to write a file/save to a db.
The rest is just parsing/filtering...
