Well, it is certainly possible, but absolutely useless. For one thing, meta tags don't actually DO anything, and even if they did, for a search engine to read them, they must be in the source, not generated with JavaScript.

Hmmm, Actually my question was too incomplete...

here's the complete question:

In paid blogging, Ur blog looses PR
And u r not allowed to put "nofollow" tags by the advertisers.

Now if one puts "nofollow" tag to the entire page, and not to the individual advertiser links.
But even by this method, if the page source code is checked then they'll find the meta content with nofollow tags.

So i was thinking of wrapping the robots meta tags with nofollow, noindex tags in a javascript file and use it to the specific page where paid review is posted.

So that even if a person checks for nofollow tags, he may not find them.

PS : I dont know, if this method can completely hide the content or not !

It's very very simple

search engines DO NOT trigger javascript so cheating your advertisers can't be done that way.

Ya that's why we have to choose only one from these: Google PR or paid reviews,

And of course Google PR always wins

Toolbar PR DOESN'T earn you money (unless you are selling links to idiots in which case it will probably go anyway). Selling advertising does.

Well there's no shortage of idiots

And regarding advertising, i think high PR will get good traffic (i mean specific traffic, which is from search engine, so they r expected to stay for more time and also they may find the similar topics in the ads interesting to click)

So instead of taking risk, by writing paid reviews, the safer and better way is to concentrate on content & PR
