I was wondering how I would go about finding a way to make a form dyanamic. Dynamic in the sense of a user selects a radio, checkbox, or drop-down in a group and the form elements following the specific selection change according to the selection, similar to questionnaires. I want to have just one form, but have the functionality of being able to capture data using multiple forms with minimal form elements exposed. If anyone can provide any information about this, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks much!
