There might be, but there will always be ways around it.

If you don't want it copied, don't publish it

Another way is to generate images of the copy. Also there are softwares that encodes the content.

I've seen some sites that disable the right button of the mouse and show an alert message instead. That could work for "simple" surfers, but anyway the rest will know they can copy the content from the "Edit" browser's menu
