I need to load data form mysql and select depending 8 selects in my form (edit function) How do I need to do that ?

It's possible, but given that you are struggling with a fairly simple show/hide function, I would suggest that it is currently well outside your javascript "comfort zone". You need to learn to walk before running

Could you clarify your requirement; are you saying that you want a system of dependent select boxes, populated with data loaded via SQL query at build-time?

Just generate the the option parameters via PHP and MySQL or whatever, or supply queries for the AJAX facility.
