I want to make a button that takes you to a new webpage when you click it. I have absolutely no idea how to do this. Help?

If you have the botton, then you add this code into the html site.

TARGET = "_blank"

So you want to get the html code, for this:

If you click on a link or a button on your site, that the link opens in a new tab?

Then you need this html code:

"_blank" opens the new document in a new window

<A HREF="newwindow.html" TARGET="_blank">a new window</A>

Hope that was what you searched and i hope it works.

Good luck!

I'm using an actual button class, though. It looks like this:

Code:
<button type="submit" onClick="self.location = "http://www.blogbydesign.com/contact/"">
        <img src="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/images/icons/comment.png" alt=""/>
        Submit Your Blog!
</button>
