For an assignment for university, Im required to write yet another critical review (which seems like a bit of a joke considering Im in my 3rd year); this time Im writing about JavaScript.

For this one though I need to find journals on it, and after about an hour of searching Ive managed to find a few websites that look reliable enough to reference, but finding journals seems impossible??

I know it's a bit of a long shot but does anyone know of any?

lol.... Not sure what you mean exactly by "journal", but here is a blog about JavaScript that I read sometimes: http://ejohn.org/ by John Resig, the creator of jQuery.

Thanks, but I think a journal is an 'academic' article, like a research paper or something I think. Obviously there aren't going to be many things like that on JavaScript so I just ended up using websites as all of my sources of information, my tutor will just have to make do! lol

I seriously doubt anything of that nature even exists. There are not very many good publications about JavaScript, period, and all the people who would want to write such a journal keep a blog or website instead.
