On some older browsers, with Javascript you can hide the location and status bar, but with modern browsers, they'll show up whether you like it or not.
Hiding bits of browser window with Javascript is pretty pointless as anybody with minimal web knowledge can see what is being hidden.
Its impossible to have the location and status bar reliably disappear for everyone. I suggest you try something else.
