Hi, I'd appreciate if you can take a look at the following:

The Top Nav Bar works fine with Image mouseovers/mouseouts but if I apply the similar logic on the left hand Menu, it doesn't work. Also, the Nav Bar script works ok in FF & Chrome, but NOT in IE.
