I have created a menu that when you mouse-over it goes to the right but it looks different on different browsers.

Is there a way to redirect using javascript, not to a new page but to a different style.css

The answer is not to use JavaScript, but to create conditional comments that send an overriding stylesheet to Explorer (am I guessing right that the difference is in IE?). Conditional Comments.
