Images don't help us. What is needed is a link to YOUR code, so we can see what may have gone wrong. Thickbox is a popular and well known plugin, so I doubt there are any major bugs in it.

Make sure you have closed all of your tags, and run validation on your HTML. Bad HTML sometimes causes JavaScript apps to do spooky things, especially if tags are unclosed.

erm i cant figure it out i tried removeing the the other jquery.js file, im trying to read what i can of the script but like i siad i dont javascript so its pointless. Has anyone had this problem or know the solution to this problem? I do not have any connecting tags on it, i have it all by its self at the bottom of the page for testing, do i need to have a "div"? or something along those lines to get it to work properly?

Well, you don't need thickbox, and thickbox compressed at the same time either, as those are the same thing. It shouldn't matter, but it's a waste of processing. jQuery is designed to be compatible with itself, so although it's a waste, it shouldn't matter.

You have a lot of code there, and I'm not a magician. What was the result of your validation?
