The simple "MAILTO:" action forms are not working! When users click submit in one of those types of forms, their computers open MS Outlook locally and etc...

My server has almost no server side languages supported. Javascript works though (of course), so I was looking for an alternative to the simple "MAILTO:" forms. Pleas help, this is imperative that I get this to work ASAP.

...well that sucks... but thanks.

Ive seen this done before.....

How about a script that after submitting the form, it dosen't email the form, rather writes the content in the form to a text document on the server.

Is this possible with javascript?

Javascript is a client side scripting language that runs in the browser. A server side script is required. Else you can use services like wufoo.com

Thanks for your help...

By any chance,

Do you know how I could possibly run an SSL without admin access? I have a windows server that I cant physically get to right now, and all I have is FTP access to a specific directory. Is there any way via FTP that I can run some SSL support?

(I have approval to do it, im not trying to do anything illegal... I just cant get into the admin account in the server and I need to do this ASAP.)

Thanks again.
