If anyone is willing to help me, this is my "problem".
I would like to make something like this scrolling daily timetable (in the middle of this page, black and grey table):

And it should be connected with some kind of a base (event calendar).

Very nice. Also, seems very custom. This isn't something we can teach you in a day, or in a single thread. I couldn't find anything on that page to indicate that events calendar is any sort of pre-built "plugin" that you could implement without little or no prior knowledge. It is hard to tell, however, as much of the JavaScript belonging to that page is being compressed, and has few notes attached to it. One thing I know, they are using the MooTools JavaScript framework.

What is your experience and skill level currently?

try jQuery, it provides lots of plug-ins, which can help u.
